Via Vizcaya
Lightning Electric installed the complete electrical systems for a new residence in Palm Beach, including a custom lighting control system.
The Nest
Complete electrical installation, including setting site lighting poles, for this new building for The Nest in West Palm Beach.
Ocean Avenue
This new home in Palm Beach received a complete installation of all electrical systems, including a whole-house automatic generator backup system. This project also included custom home automation controls.
FedEx Sorting Facility
The new FedEx sorting facility on Palm Beach International Airport property was completely retrofitted into the existing building with all new electrical, including new site lighting.
Enterprise Car Rental
Lighting Electric installed all electrical systems, interior and exterior lighting, and site lighting for this new building for Enterprise Holdings.
Christ Fellowship
We completed the electrical scope for the conversion of a previous Target store to the sanctuary, offices, children ministry center, and student ministry center for the Christ Fellowship Royal Palm Beach campus.
Southern Waste Systems
We installed a complete electrical system, switchgear, and controls for the new metal shredding machine and equipment at the SWS Pompano facility. This project also included installation of new site lighting poles and fixtures.
Sewell Hardware
Lightning Electric performed the complete installation of all electrical systems for the new building for Sewell Hardware in West Palm Beach.
Crowne Plaza/Embassy Suites
After extensive hurricane damage, Lightning Electric performed a complete renovation of this 15-story hotel in West Palm Beach. This included all interior and exterior areas as well as ensuring everything was brought up to current electrical codes. This project spanned approximately a year and a half and required 36 electricians working on it at once during its peak.
Schumacher Buick
Lightning Electric installed new modern lighting, electrical systems, receptacles, and switching throughout the interior buildings at Schumacher Buick in West Palm Beach. We assisted Schumacher’s General Contractor in completing their modernizing renovations and additions.
